Audio is analysed on your Mac, in memory, as it arrives. Nothing is recorded, nothing is written to disk, and nothing is transmitted. The app has no network access: it ships without the network entitlement, so it could not send anything anywhere even if it tried to.
The app stores your settings (chosen voice, volume, gate, audio devices, and any voice edits) in its own sandboxed preferences on your Mac. That data never leaves the machine and is not readable by anyone but you.
