Bean Sprouts

  1. Soak 1 part dry beans in 4 parts water overnight.
  2. Drain, cover with netting/cheesecloth.
  3. Repeat often:
  4. After 3-5 days, should be done. Sprouts end up 1-2 inches.
  5. Keep finished sprouts refrigerated
  6. One cup dry beans makes 4 cups sprouts.
