Pound Cake
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 cup buttermilk
Mix dries, wets, together. Add cherries to make 4th grade Jeff cherry cake. Bake at 350
for an hour. Makes one 9x13 pan. Good hot.
