Peach Cake

Works well with other fruit too, especially blackberries

2 cups flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
small amount of salt
lots of chopped fruit (~9C)

Mix up into a batter, not including fruit. Pour over fruit in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 375 for maybe 45min until brown and a knife stuck in comes out without batter.

Note: my family calls this dish "peach cake" regardless of the fruit. So "blackberry peach cake" probably doesn't have any peaches.
