Peach Cake

(Works well with other fruit too, especially blackberries)

Dries:

Wets: Others: Mix dries and wets separately, then together. Pour over fruit in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 375 for maybe 45min until brown and a knife stuck in comes out without batter.

Note: my family calls this dish "peach cake" regardless of the fruit. So "blackberry peach cake" probably doesn't have any peaches.

For an 8x8 pan, use a half recipe.
