Mille Feuille

Preheat oven to 375F.

Layer 6-8 sheets of filo dough, with butter (or oil) between the layers. Cut into rectangles around 1.5x3". Bake 6-8 min until golden brown. (Also fine to use puff pastry.)

Make some kind of cream (pastry cream, whipped cream, aquafaba cream, etc).

Once the pastry has cooled and the cream is ready, assemble: a layer of pastry, a layer of fruit and cream, optionally repeat. Maybe also put ganache on top.
