Dough

Filling

Make the dough first because its going to need to sit and chill. Mix egg, egg white, vinegar, water throughly. Melt butter, add to wets. Separately, mix flour and salt. Then mix wets and dries until smooth, but don't overmix. Wrap in plastic and chill for 1-24hr. Can be frozen at this stage.

Grease a baking sheet, preheat oven to 375.

For the filling, fry anything that would be tasty that way. Onions and peppers, possibly bacon or something. Then mix with cheese (small cubes) and hard boild eggs (cut into small pieces). Spice to taste.

Separate the dough into sixish balls. One at a time, roll the ball flat to about a six inch circle and fill with 1/6th of the filling. Wet the edge a little, fold over. Transfer to greased baking sheet. Crimp edges with tines of a fork. After you've done all of them, brush outsides with oil. Bake for about 30minutes, until they look a pleasant brown.

Serves 3-4 people.
