Pat dry, rub with oil, rub with spices and flour.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Optionally, cover a baking sheet with cut up vegetables (tomatoes, onions, potatoes, etc).
Put chicken on top of the vegetables (or directly on the tray if no
vegetables) and bake until it temps (165F). About 35min (check at
30min), less if no skin.
