And at that point, the voicemail system can't necessarily cause the phone to do something.\n<br>\n<br>\nWhat you really need is for something \non the phone\n to \"answer\" the call, play that message, and then either ring the phone, or forward the call to voicemail after playing the message. Which is probably doable, but it's a phone-side thing rather than a voicemail-side thing.\n<br>\n<br>\n(You could potentially also do it by having the voicemail side play the message, and then if the caller enters the code, have the voicemail system forward the call back to the phone, with some marker to indicate to the phone that it was an urgent call.
