Do you dislike vegetables, or do you not wish to prepare them as a dish unto themselves? I think if I added raw vegetables on top of whatever I happened to be eating, I would not really enjoy them, but sauteing them in a bit of olive oil and various spices is more work, I suppose. I love veggies though, so I don't mind doing this. I'm curious if your strategy has resulted in substituting more vegetables as a total percentage of your diet, or if you find you eat what you were eating before, plus vegetables, and where your original goal of eating more vegetables came from.", "timestamp": "1362628567"}, {"author": "Daniel", "source_link": "https://www.facebook.com/jefftk/posts/480633911992310?comment_id=480705798651788", "anchor": "fb-480705798651788", "service": "fb", "text": "My thoughts are similar to Gianna's. If it works, it works, but maybe you could also consider ways to make the veggies more palatable rather than just ways to get yourself to eat them despite how unpalatable you find them. What sort of food is the stuff you want to eat? Can you incorporate the veggies into the same dish? Even if it's just mixing half a bag of frozen veggies into your mac and cheese, it doesn't always take that much effort. You may find you like it better, in addition to the fact that it's good for you.", "timestamp": "1362638879"}, {"author": "Jeff&nbsp;Kaufman", "source_link": "https://www.facebook.com/jefftk/posts/480633911992310?comment_id=480809601974741", "anchor": "fb-480809601974741", "service": "fb", "text": "@Gianna: \"Do you dislike vegetables, or do you not wish to prepare them as a dish unto themselves?\"<br><br>Some I dislike, some I'm just indifferent to.
