We should just pick one convention (none of this DST on/off business) and stick with it. Then, if people want to be up during daylight, figure out what times that corresponds to, and plan accordingly. There's nothing different between 7 DST and 6 standard anyway.\n<br>\n<br>\nWe do probably tend to have some psychological associations or hangups with certain times, but there's no reason that we should be fixated on the numbers, rather than the sun positions.\n<br>\n<br>\nAs for why people stay up late...
