So I might organize something to benefit an LGBTQ group in which I'm active because I have a personal connection to that group, or I might organize something to benefit a local Food Not Bombs group because they're the local group that's giving free food to people, or I might organize a concert to benefit a children's art program because the program specifically requested it. I would not be likely to just go, \"I feel like organizing something for charity!\" and then choose some charity.
