Right nowy work is on three three floors, so I also do a lot of walking and stairs. I try to avoid remaining stationary (either standijg or sitting) for  more than an hour. Walking is very good for us, but when we are standing we strain our bodies to hold position. In walking, we cycle through different muscle groups.
