It's funny that my argument goes:<br><br>- If the water is surrounded by high-rises, you keep it for the view.<br>- If the water is surrounded by unused land, you leave it because it's a low-value area.<br><br>Maybe it's good to have green and blue spaces in an urban environment.<br><br>You're right that few would miss the view, because there's usually no one there enjoying the water.
