Others can look at this case and use it as a test for more or less infringement.  The crux of the case is that the creative juxtaposition of a red bus on an iconic black and white London scene was copyrightable IP.  By this example, if one \"skilled in the art\" looks at a creative work and thinks, \"Oh, that's clever\", then the work is probably defensible.<br><br>This case was in a recent issue of \"Privacy\", an excellent newsletter I've read for years.  Lauren Weinstein is the author, and has appeared in many venues as a privacy expert.  His recent subjects have included internet neutrality, content and censorship; ID and communication security; and government surveillance.
