So the \"public\" (as opposed to \"friends\" or \"friends and friends-of-friends\") globe symbol on this post already tells you when your comments will be visible off of facebook.<br><br>* An intermediate option would be continuing to include the comments on my blog, but then exclude them from search results via robots.txt. One option to address your third point would be a little standard blurb with a shortened link at the top of each FB post, e.g. \"[comment policy: goo.gl/abc123]\". Old visitors would probably stop noticing it over time, and new ones might appreciate the pointer.
