You said you run it live without any problems, so, you don't hear any of this when running it as a mixer? Is it a A/D issue? Try changing the sampling rate or bit depth; maybe use 48k/24bit (you should use that anyway), or maybe just change them around to see if using different ones clicks and other ones don't. Correct. Even when I'm recording I don't hear this out through the box's outputs. So I don't think it can be an A/D issue.
