But he is very passive aggressive and only fixes things when we beg him and even then it still takes weeks to months. He once tried to blame us for our downstairs neighbors ceiling leaking, saying that we don't know how to shower properly, like getting too much water on the floor (come to find out later that the drain in our shower stall was leaking). Our neighbors ceiling became so swollen with water that it finally caved in with all of our dirty pissy soap water pouring into their bedroom. Left a nice gaping hole in their ceiling.
