Most of these are from me typing up my mother's recipie book which
was kind of falling apart. A few later ones are things I cook now.
Many of these Julia has a very different idea of how to make.
(In general, you're probably better off finding Cooks Illustrated or
other tested recipies where they figure out exactly what proportions
of ingredients taste best.)
